Disclaimer: This site is for entertainment purposes only! I’m no expert and this is merely one person’s opinion and experiences. This is shared only because it’s fun and interesting to see what other people are doing. We are all different! What I do and how I do it is unique to me. My age (41), past activities (none!), diet (currently focused on weight loss and preserving muscle and becoming “strong like Bull”), sleep (7 to 8 hours/night), weight (always changing right now), height (5′1″), build (medium boned), body type (I think I’m Endo-Meso), intelligence (I’m an f’n genius by the way), genetics, etc. all affect everything you read here. Did I mention that I smoked from the age of 13 to 40 (27 years)? I also really like ()’s Anyways… my point is even if you had 99.9% of these factors in common with me we still would not have the same results from any given training program or “diet”.
Not to say there is no benefit to comparison which I think is a natural thing we all do. The bottom line and most important thing is to always use the success or failure of others as inspiration. (Mind you I don’t believe there is such a thing as failure, just varying levels of succcess in any attempt at anything. The only failure is to never even try.) Never, EVER look at what someone else has done and use that against yourself. Know what I mean? More importantly don’t use your own experiences against yourself. It took me five years and half a dozen attempts to quit smoking. It took 40 years for me to learn to like and eat healthy, whole, real food. YOU and your thoughts are the number one determining factor in the quality of your life. Bla bla bla! I’ll shut up now.
If I ever come off 100% for or against something I apologize ’cause I don’t believe anything is 100% this or that. There’s always a little of this in that and that in this if you know what I mean. : ) Yin Yang
P.S. I reserve the right to change my mind 2 seconds after posting something ; ) and not bother telling you.
